I was talking to some users recently about how they discuss and decide what to say about developments in their weekly newsletter. They described a pretty neat work-flow that I thought I'd share.
Their process worked around Pocket (I am not a user). During the week, when each of the team members see a new development in their industry simply pop the article into Pocket.
Then at a scheduled meeting each week, they get together on a call and discuss each of the developments. This means that each one of them is made aware of industry events and has the benefit of the opinion (albeit briefly) of the team about each.
One or two of the team are then tasked with going to each of the articles and commenting. This means that a comprehensive, intelligent newsletter is created every week which contains a precis of the company's experts' views.
It is, unsurprisingly, a fantastic resource for their clients.
When you find something you want to view later, put it in Pocket.
